Aims and Objectives of the Qualification

The IAO Level 2 Award In Employee Rights and Responsibilities in the Logistics Industry is aimed at those working in warehousing and storage. The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of the logistics industry's workforce, giving them an understanding of employment rights and responsibilities. It provides a first insight into the principles and processes of warehousing and will aid career progression. It will allow completion of the intermediate apprenticeship in warehousing and storage.

 

Entry Guidance

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
This qualification is suitable for those who work within the Warehousing and Distribution and Logistics sector. It provides Learners with an opportunity to demonstrate their experience in a wide range of job roles such as Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Operative etc.

 

Progression Opportunities

On completion of this qualification, Learners could progress to employment or further study or qualifications including:

  • IAO Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage
