We achieve 5 stars in FE Week customer service test
For their investigation, FE Week chose one of the apprenticeship standards with the most starts - the level two 'customer service practitioner' - and contacted each of the AAOs approved to deliver EPA for this course. In particular, they were interested in finding out what the customer experience was like and how much information was available.
We are proud to report that Innovate Awarding is one of only two organisations that was awarded a five star rating for their EPA offering.
FE Week notes that Innovate's website has a "full page on.. information about EPA, including videos and FAQs", and that they were "called back promptly to discuss" and "provided [with a] full EPA proposal via email".
At Innovate Awarding, we are passionate about communicating in straightforward terms and take customer service very seriously. We are delighted that FE Week has recognised our uncomplicated approach in this way.
