Innovate Awarding’s named customer support staff are always there to help you. Our office is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a 24 hour answering machine service. Our registration and certification system is available 24/7.
NAMED ALLOCATED CENTRE SUPPORT
Working with Innovate Awarding is fast, efficient and friendly. Named support staff are on hand to help you through all processes and can give advice for anything that causes you a problem. We regard our relationship with centres as working in partnership.
We actively encourage feedback on our services, materials and qualification needs throughout the year. We conduct a customer survey at the end of each year, log any issues that arise and report back on progress.
Unlike many other awarding organisations, our inclusive qualification fees are transparent, published on our website with easy access and no hidden charges.
